I felt particularly "puffy" today, although I managed a 1 km walk and a 4 km exercise bike ride, and found it difficult to get my breath back, but my oximeter said 98% and 83 BPM. Am I unique or do other have this problem. Martin

wow, 150 yards i stop and rest, 2 or 3 mins on exercise bike then i rest for 5 mins and can maybe do another 3mins , good for you
Wow, I wouldn't say there was a problem , good for u and keep it up for as long as u can, i'm out of breath just going up the stairs. X Sonia x
Martin, when I tell my consultant that I feel short of breath at the gym, he replies, you would feel short of breath, that's normal for your condition!
I sympathise with you, Martin, but you are doing the right thing with your exercises. Don't be ashamed to stop for a bit and catch your breath. here's a video about it:
