Hi
As the condition progressive , it is unlikely to return to normal. With exercise correct diet, and stopping smoking, being aware and avoiding any known triggers, you may maintain your current level for a very long time. You may experience a higher reading but not such that it will reverse your condition, only the effect it as may be inproved.
Hi I agree with stone. it is possible you can improve on 61% by a few points but you will never go back to pre illness as the damage is irreversible. But you can maintain and delay the progression if you look after yourself. x
