Hi everyone, just thought I would post a quick update. Well, mucus is greatly reduced and quite easy to expe, which is a big problem solved, dont get out of breath as much as I used too, only used my inhaler twice last week, but only used one puff each time I used it. Feeling quite good in myself and sleeping a lot better. Speak soon.

This is amazing. Do you constantly breathe in through it for the 10 minutes? Or just few times over 10 minutes? Thanks.

So pleased for you! Have bought myself one now but only been using for a few days so results not very apparent at the moment. However, your experience spurs me on! Best wishes, Juney
