Hi guys, i'm still dancing!

For 2 weeks now I have been on sybicort 200/6 2 puffs in am and 2 in pm.

I couldn't wait for my 6 month review at hospital so bought a piko 1 device to measure my Fev1 and peak flow. It arrived yesterday and hence my results - yes I know people will say you should use the same machine to measure but I want to monitor the progress/decline.

Acutally, I believe you can get theses gadgets on NHS but I didn't know that when I spent £40 at amazon. I do not feel my GP has been encouraging at all in my treatment - sometimes we have to take more responsibility for ourselves when help is not immediately available.

I got up to 2.4 litres expelled last night so I am well pleased. I know the readings can vary throughout the day and pre or post inhaler but I will keep monitoring my readings.

I am going for my healthy heart at the GPs next week - I want to know why my pulse is so high (my O2 has improved so I thought my pulse would go back to within a reasonable range?)

Ow its like a jigsaw puzzle with all this info to digest! It didn't help with the typo in my results from the hospital (a mix up between a % which should have been litres!) but all is clear now - we are all human!

Kindest regards to all.

I don't understand the 2.28 litres being blown, in relation to the 0.95! of course, it's a massive difference between .95 and 2.28! But if you can dance, please do! Well done!
