The Jet2 website says:

"Currently there are only a small number of poc's that have been given clearance for use on board an aircraft. In order to take any form of oxygen, medical clearance must be obtained. Please contact our Assistance line on 08444 821 031 or 0203 059 8337 from outside of the UK for further information. In obtaining medical clearance from us, we will be able to advise whether or not your poc is suitable for use on the aircraft or whether it will have to be stowed in the hold."
