Afternoon everyone

Had my post assessment today. I can walk 10% further and am faster than before, my blood pressure is lower my SATS go your back within 20 seconds as apposed to 1 1/2 minutes and I've gained weight. So I'm quite chuffed with myself. Just the Oxygen Assessment Wednesday now.

Great news Kimmy, blooming well done you. Now you have to keep it up even if it's just walking on the spot in you sitting room when you can't get out. I think the strengthening exercises are really good to for the lung/rib area & diaphragm.

Good luck with you assessment xx P
