don't know about 2nd hand ones - & I'd perhaps be a tad cautious as whatever it's been through in a former life will be getting breathed deep inside your body.

Have you thought about a new one .... these from Maplin are damn good @ £50. I know quite a few who use them daily for their meds., & they all recon they're a good little machine. They run on 240v & 12v & you can also get a re-chargeable battery for them.

Do not use a second-hand one!!! A respiratory nurse I know told me told me she had studied the use of them in detail for her training. People have been known to die from using other peoples second-hand ones. Very dangerous practice. Even using a new mask etc does not help. Any infections etc are there.

onrom is not powerful but gets straight down into lungs thats why they are so dear if want powerful one go to evergreen nebulisers who do medix the same as you get in hospital for about £40 pounds look upthe site on computer very quick delivery

Don't get a second hand one. This is the one I have - boots.com/en/Omron-C28P-Neb... very good and reliable, 2 nebules of medication go through in about 10-15 minutes :-)

Good luck,

Victoria

Hi, I really do not recommend getting a second hand machine, it is just not worth the risk of chancing upon someone else's viruses/bacteria/infections etc..

I know money is an issue for most at the moment but please wait until you can afford a new machine. Your health will thank you for it.

Take care, kelly
