Hi and thanks for all you replied to my post.
I thought I was fit, I exercise every day, weights-cardio-deep breathing exercises and walk my dogs but that tread mill took it out my poor old legs.

David,I got a new treadmill for christmas only to find my legs and back do not like it one bit .I know I'm not fit but l thought this could be a way for me to do it when I felt well enough ,I feel your pain my friend x
Pain my legs are still in pain, my breathing was ok it was just the left pain after 10mns lol.
