I was a little bored today so I've done another 6 minute treadmill walk video with a bit of Motown music to pass the time. I'm uploading to You Tube (very slowly like face book) for the first time so you may see it soon, its more of an experiment to see if I can do it. I increased the speed on the treadmill to 3 mph and struggled the last minute, my sats were dropping quite low saw 83 but soon got back to high 90s on 8 liters of oxy.
If I'm not worth watching the music is worth a listen. your animals are much better viewing
I could be at youtu.be/aWRy2ka9oBc in about 1/2 an hour if I pull it off and the computer holds out, I'm at 75% so should crash any minute

Oh brilliant, will keep my eyes peeled for that. Fridays are fab LOL. I last went on treadmill on Wednesday but could only manage five mins at 2mph (which is an increase of 0.5 in a week) because my pulse rate went to 199. I stopped immediately in sheer panic but it calmed down quite quickly. Wednesday evening I started a mini infection and my kidneys decided to misbehave then. All good fun xx

Going to lurk around until Tony's video ready and then snuggle in my comfy chair for a while; unfortunately the resident slave has gone to have a life of his own tonight - (how very dare he LOL) so will have organise liquid, chocolate and more liquid all by myself! Grrrrr xxx

hahahaha bless it, those fish stickers were stuck on good and proper (I didn't know turtles ate fish so theraputic and educational too!)
I don't know about de-stressing, but I certainly enjoyed looking at it, I would love to know if the cat eventually caught the bird. He looked as if he was going to pounce any minute!
