i always sleep well except when i start on smergecy meds then for twenty four hours i am like someone on stims

I go to sleep OK. But I wake up at 4 or 5 am. I go for a pee and a drink because my throat gets so dry. After that I put a relaxation CD for 1/2 an hour and usually go back to sleep.

I've got a Lumie alarm light which imitates the sun at half past six! I woke up and turned the "sun" off for another half an hour's rest!
