Years since I heard a saying like that. My mum used to say empty vessels make the most noise about my Dad.

Thanks all for your replies and best wishes xx spent the day in hospital having every test under the sun after having chest pain wich scared the life out of me, turned out to be muscular! At least I know all is ok for now, things can only get better I hope
