Good Morning dantheman. Yes the cold weather can have that affect. Keep warm and breathe easy.

Hi Dantheman. My husband gets difficulty going out in the cold. It makes him cough and his oxygen levels go down. They say to put a scarf around your mouth and nose to keep the air warm. Make sure you keep a good temperature inside as well. Keep warm.

yes. Make a few adjustments to manage your condition. Wrap up warm when you go out. Breath in through your nose - cold air has a chance to warm 1st - & out through the mouth, better still, cover your nose & mouth when it's really cold out.

Deep breathing brings your sats up. Buy an oximeter and watch it go up when breathing as deeply as you can. Train yourself to do it and it will help year round.
