November

November comes,

And November goes,

With the last red berries

And the first white snows.

With night coming early

And dawn coming late

And ice in the bucket

And frost by the gate

The fires burn

And the kettles sing

And earth sinks to rest

Until next spring.

That was lovely Suzy6, I could do with hibernating now till the summer comes back. Not a winter person, see a bit of sun, and think I'm ten men and can tackle anything. Nannyb xx

Beautiful Suzy. Winter does have it's good points, although we tend to forget them.
