treharris surgery in Merthyr gives benefits to people with anything you can get a sick note for months if your a friend and your knee's are hurting I awake most days not being able to breath and am told to just get on with it.

asthma is a small fungus on the lungs but why cure such a wonderful world wide money scam which is worth billions. what happens when i get to bad will I get benefits like the others will my asthma be classed as a disability.

How is Treharris these days? it used to be very dusty 30 years ago when I used to go there. the deep navigation mine has closed now hasnt it. Is there any new industry in the area? sorry to hear you are struggling with asthma, I have had it since I was 2 years old. I don't think I could walk around Treharris now especially not up tawny-garig excuse the spelling.

Hi I am sorry that you are so fed up....can you ring the BLF helpline on Monday to see if they can help you. I am asthmatic with three asthmatic daughters so I know the impact it can have on your life.....some people have said "Oh, it's only asthma" and "You'll have to learn to live with it" ..not at all helpful!

I hope you are all OK in Treharris after the storm yesterday, I am originally from Cardiff and my mother lives in West Wales.....electricity cuts there.

It sounds as though your asthma is not well controlled. I have late onset asthmabut think it was just undiagnosed for years. 3 of my brothers have had asthma for ever but they all have had their careers and families. It is not asthma causing most concern in my lungs at the moment. Maybe you need a review of your meds and their effectiveness. Good luck. Alison

I feel same as you. There's so much more money to be made if you're sick- they don't want to cure you. I'm having a lot of trouble with asthma but also Bronchiectasis and now I'm Diabetic. Must be worth a fortune-to the drugs companys!!!!!!!!!!
