What a shame you don't live near Bury-St.-Edmunds, we are launching our Breathe Easy Group on Thursday and we meet for coffee in between our monthy meetings. There is a Breathe Easy group in Hammersmith, one in Ashford near ( Staines). I believe that there is also a group in Kingston. Depends on which area of West London you are in. Good Luck. Holly.
