Congrats to you!!! It's a great feeling to know you've cracked it. It's 18 months for me this month and I've bought lots of things I'd wanted to buy for so long. The first thing I bought was an iPad and I've spent many an hour on it, so good luck to you on your saving or spending xx

Well done to all the above who have given up smoking I gave up about 6 years ago using champex . I have turned in to a real x smoker can't stand the smell of it now hard to believe I smoked for over 20 years. I remember the time about 3 days of giving up I was in a supermarket and this lady stood by me she was a smoker and I thought I must of smelt like her. Like all of you I would never smoke again I think if I lit up a cigarette I would end up on the floor chocking, lets not forget the ones who are still trying to give up.

Well Done Pamela! :) It is 7 months now since I stopped. I still crave also but know I couldn't enjoy one even if I tried. ( I tried one 3 months ago aghhh!) I hate the smell of ash trays now and people who have been smoking, but still quite like the smell of someone smoking a fresh one when you walk past them standing by doors. I am really glad I won't be with them this winter standing in the cold and wet. That's how I got my chest infections last year I am sure. To all non smokers KEEP IT UP AND WELL DONE :) :)

pamela67

Hi ptliverpool and a big well done to you to :) 7 months Iam just behind you nearly six and a half month it's a great feeling isn't it :) Ian like you I would never smoke again the thought of it makes me feel sick yet sometimes when I pass someone who is smoking I like the smell take care pam xx
