I may have to go on rituximab at some point. The fibrosis has been held for last 12 months - but I suspect it may be on the move again. Any side effects for you so far? Hope all goes well - let us know how you are getting on.

Wow someone who has been on rituximab. I have Chronic progressive sarcardosis and I think rituximab is the next treatment they are looking at for me. I have had the iV steroids it did not seem to make a difference but they are possible thinking about giving me another 3 day course. I have been told by Brompton that if rituximab does not work then they will be looking at lung transplant. I am on home oxygen and morphine together with steroids and numerous other medication. I see you message is a month old do you had any further information

Regards

Cheryl
