I had a good morning and done a lot today, spoken about coffee and cake that I have baked a Traditional German Kaesekuchen, sadly there is no one close,- jet but I like to share also when its only a picture

Good morning everyone

Hope all of you had a nice day, and now a new day will replace the old one. The new day shows to be very windy the wind is whispering toady and looks not nice outside....no sign from the warm golden ball. Thank you so much for your lovely comments,- do you remember the song from the sesamstreet.....how went this song...If I know you will come I have baked a cake baked a caked?? LOLL

And yes the cake was very tasty...Toci you have right,-its been eaten all the way, maybe next time you will arrive in time,- ALL OF YOU!!!

Hi Bliss2, here you go

Cheesecake Recipe - Ingredients for about 16 pieces: with floor.

250 g flour 1 level tsp baking powder 100 g + 300 g sugar, salt, 6 eggs (size M), 125 g cold butter / margarine, fat and flour for the mold, flour for the work surface, 1 kg fat quark, 11/2 packet of custard powder "vanilla flavor" (for cooking, for 1/2 liter milk) zest of 1 untreated lemon, powdered sugar for dusting.

the other one is without floor and with Semolina instead of the custard, I very much like them is nice and juice cake.

Mix all ingredients with an electric mixer (beater) process into a dough.

Then the chopped apples or mandarins (you can also mix both, also tastes great) undergo. Then stir in the juice of half a can of mandarin.

Batter into a greased loaf pan or springform pan fill.

Line the bottom of the form best with baking paper cake can then be better rush.

At 180 degrees (160 degrees convection) for 60 minutes in the oven / middle rail.

Tastes lukewarm especially delicious!
