Why are tags appearing on post, directing to other sites within the healthunlocked communities ?

Had spotted the tags which are more visible on the new look site than before but not noticed any directing to other sites - must check glasses are clean. Tags I assume to direct people to that specific blog when they search.

I can't say I've actually noticed that, although I did see the tags generate automatically.
