Got through today my next appointment at the respiratory department at Boston hospital.can anyone give me some info what to expect !

That's brilliant you've got your appointment Jambo. Sadly I cannot offer any advice, as I too am only starting out on this journey, and have my appointments highlighted on my calendar.

Wonderful hospital so I am led to believe. Can only tell you what I did the first time and I have numptysema only in the lung department. First, weight and height - breathing test, ECG, finger oximeter for sat levels and then x ray department. Dependent on what those results are would determine whether any more tests are required I would imagine. Keep us informed xx

I can't help a lot John. I last had one about 9 years ago so I suppose it is all different now. Anyway, good luck with it mate.

If you had the lung function tests only today it will be for the results of those also BP oxygen levels will be done Probably get a seprate appt for any further scans or x rays
