I was diagnosed originally with normal Asthma by NHS.But soon realised it wasnt normal Astham I had as symptoms not controlled at all by normal medication so decided and went and had a private consultantion to get it properly diagnosed. It took them 30mins and was officially diagnosed with Severe Eosinophilic Asthma 12 months ago now.

I have had normal asthma since I was in my early teens. I am now 58. I have always managed to maintain a keep fit programme with varying degrees of success. I would say my asthma is probably the best controlled at the moment it has ever been, using Fostair, twice daily, and Montelukast at night.
