Sunflower oil substitutes

I have quite a few allergies including to rapeseed oil. We are very mindful of what we buy and cook. This week I had a horrible reaction with some breathing problems and violently sick. Afterwards my husband was determined to check what I might have reacted to. He had cooked that evening. 😁

... whoops got posted before I'd finished writing. Anyway the manufacturer had used rapeseed oil instead of the usual sunflower oil in one the products. There was no indication on the front of the label that it had been changed. Take care.

Thanks. It's taken 48 hours but much better now.

I keep a blue inhaler (ventolin) by my bed so was able to take that straight away. The allergic reaction made me feel really ill though, and by that time I couldn't keep an antihistamine tablet down!
