Does anyone make up first thing in the morning with tight muscles? Is this asthma?

I have been waking up first thing in the morning with tight throat muscles and feeling short of breath? Help please? Done my peak flow and it’s 800 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️
