Peak flow test

I have recently been given a peak flow test to test for asthma. I am waiting a call back from my GP. I was told to do the test and then again after I use the inhaler. My question is how long do I wait after using the inhaler before I do the peak flow test?

20 mins is roughly how long it takes for the inhaler (blue one/salbutamol I assume?) to kick in is it's best to wait that long to do the "post inhaler" measurement. The advised process is 3 goes before to use the best reading, then 3 goes afterwards. 🙂
