Help!

I am a carer and work "with Covid 19" because of the level of contact I have with residents

I have been told I should go back to work now that the guidelines around PPE have changed.

and because of this apparently I am more protected ?

How can I and should I go back to work if I can not social distance? And surely PPE does not emmit the need to social distance.?

Please help ! 🙏

here are some links that may be useful. your employer has a duty of care to keep you safe. if you're unable to social distance during your job then your employer should come up with another safe way for you to do it.
