Hay fever

How’s everyone doing with hay fever? Quick question does anyone’s neck glands come up & throat feel inflamed when their hay fever is bad?

My throat at the front feels swollen, inflamed & glands up. It comes and go with my hay fever so don’t feels it’s an infection or cold etc.

Hi, yes!! Ive had a sore throat on and off for the past couple of weeks. I have ear ache and my glands and throat feel swollen. Its not a cold. I suffer with hayfever and take a antihistimine. I have mild asthma, which is not affected.

Thank you! It certainly sucks, I’m everything available, it must just be a very bad year for it!

Yes mine has been particularly bad this year due to tree pollen. I always get a sore throat, earache and swollen glands. Sometimes a headache too so you are not alone. I will be fine in a while I’m sure then it all starts again in September for a while. Take care x

Hi, my hayfever seems to be getting worse as I get older. I am an outside person but feeling that my prescribed antihistimine is not working. I know its nice to have such lovely weather but there is not let up to the ear ache and sore throat and swollen glands.

Yes. It's definitely the pollen. Waking up feeling very tight chested too at the moment.

Yes my glands swell and I get a sore throat. Also aches and pains in my joints. It's a bad year this year. I make sure that bedroom window is closed at night. If I don't I get a really tight chest and it kicks my asthma off.

yes. Tree pollen peaks around this time of year. I generally know the start (hah I have it all year round but it's worse) of hay fever season cos my neck glands swell and I generally feel quite awful for a couple of days.

My throat has not been good but tree pollen is very high at the moment. Both my grown children have had bad hay-fever this week. I take an anti - Alergy tablet each day. It does help.
