Should I be shielding

I’m asthmatic and on steroids seratide 500 I take a1000 a day I was told to shielding recieved a text but no letter my work place asking for the letter what do I do

I received my letter several days after my text. Could you forward the text to HR?

There seems to be a delay on some letters coming though - see Asthma UK Website asthma.org.uk/advice/trigge... . The text seems to come first and then the letter. As Canine12 says you could show them the text and also back it up with the Asthma UK website too (which clearly states for the medications you are on that you need to shield), saying that you will forward the official letter as soon as you receive it.

I got a text then a link to print off the letter myself from my Doctors as they aren’t sending them. I screenshot the text and sent that to my bosses.

I got a print of the letter but they want my address and chi number on it I did give it to them I see if I get a letter

I've only just got my letter, 10 days after text. Continue to sheild and advise work they will have a copy of the letter as soon as the NHS send it. I'm sure they'll understand how much pressure they are under at the moment.
