Could be anxiety are you anxious?
It could be a response to tree pollen as we're now into that season. Anxiety may be the trigger so if you feel anxious you can practice breathing techniques that will help bring back control - YouTube vids posted by qualified physios are plentiful.
If it gets worse then spoke to the doctor.
OMG my very best peak flow is 450 and it often drops to 200 . My problem is not breathing out it’s breathing in therefore not enough to breath out. Managed 300 today.
