Update on the new spacer- it’s brilliant! Now I’m getting the hang of it I can honestly say I’m feeling the benefits of my inhalers for the first time in years. I’ve woken up two mornings in a row without a tight chest and from someone who’s woken up with a tight chest for as long as they can remember, this feels brilliant!

I can actually breathe! And I know you’ll all understand when I say you have no idea just how good it feels to actually be able to breathe. It’s totally shifted my mood too which can never be a bad thing. Thank heavens for that pharmacist!
