hi all
every now and then ill wake up in the night and not be able to get a breath, heart was proper racing aswel. Its pretty scary, could this be reflux? I know sometimes if i eat things with tomato sauce i get bad reflux

Get referral to sleep clinic for obstructive sleep apneoa. I have this and my symptoms were as you describe. It's where stop breathing and gasping is way trying to get oxygen back
