I'm Tree. I'm from the States. I stumbled upon this forum looking for asthma info. You all seem friendly and helpful so I joined.

My I recommend asthma UK for good standard of asthma information.

Welcome! This site is British so some of the advice might not translate. However, there is a lot of support here so it's worth staying! I hope you find the support you need! :-)

There seem to be some differences in practice between the US and the U.K., but there are others from state side on here, so hopefully they will flag it up as needed. Apart from that Asthma U.K. is great, and I have found people on here immensely helpful and informative. So welcome!

Hi Tree. I'm from Australia and recently joined here. It seems like a wonderful source of support and information. Some of the brand names of meds are different where I live but I just google and find the generic names which are usually the same. I know that salbutamol is called albuterol in the USA and there may be other differences too but google is a huge help there :)
