Well my ct scan was clear of whatever he was looking for.
So he said it just seems my meds have just stopped working for me.
So I’ve been put on a 6 week course of preds, and azithromycin and then once that course has finished I’m going onto nebulised preds to support me as I wean down off them.
Staying on the montelukast and fexofenadine and omeprazole.
He said he will change me from seratide to its brother version?
But not this time.
So hopefully that settles down my over sensitive airways.
My allergies seem super bad recently and everything is becoming an issue.
The irony is the cardiologist sends me to asthma specialist to keep me off preds so I can lose weight and he then puts me on them for 6 weeks.
Deep joy

Steroids are so annoying for the weight gain thing. I manage to lose a few pounds and then I need another round of steroids. And extra weight can make asthma more severe.
Have you tried Spiriva? I don’t tolerate it, but I know a nurse practitioner who does reallybwell on it.
