If I take the brown preventer inhaler at 8am what time should I take the evening dose, O wasn't told only got it yesterday morning.

I usially take mine before work say 0730 to 0800 and when i come back which is approx 6 pm or sonetimes later. I was on brown but now on purple but still the same. I find this system works and is easy to remember!!

I tend to try for roughly 12 hours apart to make it easy to remember, so 8am/8pm, but I don’t think it is too crucial as long as you take it morning and evening

Hi you need to take it every 12 hours as near as possible for maximum effect. The prescription info should be on the label of the box x
