Hi just wanted to know if anybody as these symptoms when I exercise I struggle for air after minutes of hard exercise cannot get my breath back feel weak

Yes. It is a common reaction to excercise. These days I even get it sometimes when I just go for an ordinary walk, especially if it is cold. Others are better in the know than me, but first step is to make sure you warm up. And perhaps take a reliever before you start. Or do you need to review your medication generally?

I’m the same as wheezycat. Even a brisk walk tires me out these days! (Although I am ill just now) try your reliever 20 minutes before any exercise and a warm up might help too :)

This is very common and is called exercise induced asthma EIA. There are tons of resources online and its well worth reading up on how to manage and negate the problems it causes.
