Tightening in back pain

I have a tightening feeling in my middle back where my bra strap would be. It's uncomfortable and making breathing slightly harder than normal. Any idea as to what it can be? I'm feeling a bit bleurgh and out of sorts.

You may be coming down with something. I find that taking my bra off sometimes helps. Keep an eye on your symptoms. Hope you are okay. x

Yea I did wonder that!

I'm having a rubbish week so that will top it off!! Broke my finger Monday putting washing on!! And waiting for a TKR Total knee replacement 🙄 that just aggravates my asthma.

Oh dear! No fun. I'm trying to recover from flu and it's taking longer than I had hoped. It's no fun being ill. Hope you feel better soon. x

I have sometimes experience this back problem when my breathing gets tight, if that is any help.
