I have white patches on inside of my mouth had fluconazole 50mg for severn days but not gone I take seratide inhaler and flixanaze nasal spary if its not thrush what can it be can be my inhaler causing the problem

It could be a bacterial/viral infection, oral thrush, poor inhaler technique or your body just not liking the seretide inhaler (especially if it’s new to you). My advice is to go back to you GP get them to have a look, check your technique and see what they say... it could be anything or nothing so us civvies on here can’t really advise on anything medical!
You could try taking your seretide through a spacer to see if that helps (then it’s probs poor inhaler technique if it’s a MDI (normal puffer)). Make sure you rinse you mouth out afterward (gargle, do teeth, drink etc), especially if you have a DPI (sucky inhaler) as this can help prevent thrush.
Definitely think you need to go back to you GP tho
