Sick of feeling like I ain't getting enough air and getting breathless quite a lot can this be my anxiety xx

Hi Mandy, I see you haven't posted in the Asthma Forum before. Welcome everyone here is very friendly and helpful.

Obviously not being able to breath is very worrying. It definitely could be your anxiety, but it could also be a lot of other things. You could try posting a question to the Asthma Nurses who will be live in the Forum today at 11.30. Or calling the Asthma UK help line. If you are worried you should seek help from a doctor or respiratory nurse. We can offer support and advice here, but can't diagnose you as we don't know you personally.

I do hope you feel better soon. It is well worth looking at Yoga breathing exercises, or active cycle breathing, which can help with relaxation for all kinds of lung and breathing conditions. You can access videos on youtube.
