There are new post and replies everyday. So as long as you keep to the last couple of years everything will still be valid.

Depends what you are looking for. Treatments do change and people's experiences can vary. There is a search box for the site on the top right hand side of this page and that will bring up posts on topics.

If you're looking for details on specific treatments then no, I'd not rely on it, but if you're looking for other things like how people cope, diet, exercise, etc., then I guess much of it will still be valid.
