Has anyone used homeopathy as an additional treatment option? Did you benefit from it?

I used to use dissolvable new era tablet years ago I think they were called combination h, they helped a little ,Back massage can be beneficial too, especially for congestive asthma. but had to progress on to nasal spray. I've also tried bach flower remedies I think the combination helped me feel more relaxed which helped.

There is no scientific evidence to support the use of most homeopathic medicines, and anecdotal evidence shows that they only work in mild cases of asthma. However, there are some which are designed to help you relax and they can be useful if anxiety about your condition is making you worse.

Thank you for your reply. I spent the best part of my weekend researching the possible addition of Homeopathy to the Herbal and conventional medicines that I have and I more puzzled than i was at the start of the idea.
