Wheeze in morning

My 18 month old has been waking up wheezy the past 5 days requiring salbutamol inhaler. She's then been fine the rest of the day. She's not on any other medication. She has a very chesty cough but well in herself. Do you think it's worth a trip to the gp?

They're now thinking it's an allergic reaction so we're on antihistamines twice a day :(

She does have reflux but everything is thickened using something called carobel. And she's already on ranitidine and omeprazole max dose.
