Good morning hope u doing well I think I have spent most of the night on nebuliser and again nowsats 93 I normally 99 and when i'm I'll peek flow 150-200 that bad for me I get 400 on good day blood sugars keep going up and down 3 this morning 11 yesterday wait to c what docs say today have a good day x

I hope you improve soon Tracey. I probably won't be on here much for a while.

We try to get my chest somewhere hot at this time of year so we are getting it out of the cold and wet here and taking it to South Goa for three weeks. This will be the eleventh time we have been there and my chest is always good there as long as I manage to avoid smokers and the occasional fire the locals build to burn rubbish. Hot, clean air blows in off the Arabian Sea. Lovely. Spending the kids inheritance!
