Missed the Mist

Got to the end of last year without any chest problems I usually cop for a chest infection between September and Christmas.

Pleased the County Durham coast has avoided the terrible foggy conditions witnessed further south, sea fret usually causes me problems.

Hi jstorey14 went shopping with my daughter it was foggy so just had to call it a day damn weather

Oh I didn't escape it and got an early chest infection. I have also had this virus which is going round my area. I am feeling a lot better now though thank goodness.

I live by the seaside so it's very windy and that North West and East wind really catches my poor lungs and I cough for England. Let's hope the weather isn't too cold for the rest of the winter.

One thing which helps me is to wrap a scarf loosely round my nose and throat to stop the cold air hitting the lungs. x
