Back to the doctors this morning for steroids and antibiotics! Nice way to go into the new year eh? Let's hope this keeps me going until I get away from the pets!

Hi Lisha I had cats and love them, I wasn't allergic to mine but I am allergic to other people's 🐱 so when I go to my daughter I take zirtek.

Maybe you should take an antihistamine as well if you are going to be exposed?

Take care xx

Advised to do the same thing today by my asthma nurse. I.e take an antihistamine when in contact with my case dogs that my parents and in laws have.

Hi, yes I am already on fexofenadine for allergies, it has made a big difference and I'm thankful for that but it isn't magic unfortunately, haha x

Hi Hun, I love them so much and it's a shame I can't just sit and cuddle with them like the rest of my family do!

I'm currently taking fexofenadine which is the 4th antihistamine I have tried. I have tried desloratadine and then over the counter antihistamines also. They do work really well and I can tell the difference compared to when I was on non-prescription drugs but I suppose it's not magic eh?

Take care xx
