Antihistamine is on the list, but please double check this yourself dinale.

Was interested you queried anti histamines and Leukopenia together as my white cells were under range and I use to take a daily anti histamine for hay fever, had never connected the two before.

I take a daily antihistamine, levocetirizine, and have leukopenia. Doctors think I might have an antiimmune dicease, but don`t have any symptoms of it. So there is a suspicion it is the antihistamine.

Did your leukopenia stop when you stopped the antihistamin?

I have Low Thyroid also known as Underactive thyroid or Hypothyroidism which is an auto immune disease. Previously I took a daily antihistamine. (though before thyroid diagnosis I was also on HRT.)

My printout of my bloods (I always ask for a printout now) read that my white blood cells and neutrophils were under range and only when my thyroid improved on Thyroid Meds. did my white cells and neutrophils return back to normal levels.

that`s very interesting. I have hypothyroidism and take 75 ug daily. One antihistamine a day, and have very low white cells.
