Holiday spoiled....

Hi all,

I'm on holiday in the French countryside, it's boiling hot here, which by the way I love, but I am really suffering with my asthma, I've had more attacks here than I have had in weeks, waking up almost nightly and not being able to breathe, or out with my family and I keep getting attacks!

I have been much better since my new medication about two months ago, but now I feel back to the beginning again.

Has anyone had this experience in the country or is it just the heat?

I'm so sorry that your asthma is troublesome.

I'm suffering with my asthma at the moment and finding that this weather is not helping at all.

Hope things improve for you soon.

Enjoy your holiday.

I have the same problem so would say it's the heat.

Hope you feel better soon and it doesn't ruin your holiday.

I have problems with the heat but it could also be an allergy. Have you tried taking extra doses of your inhaler if you are able to on the inhalers you are on? Are you bringin up any mucus? If so is it coloured? If so that would indicate an infection and if you have an emergency pack of antibiotics then maybe you should think of starting them. Hope you find something that helps soon. Such a shame your holiday has been spoiled.
