Failed to escape!!!!

Ok so was hoping to escape hospital today but as of previous post started night with hypo then needed NEB then was sick!!! Continued to be sick this morning so given anti sickness tablet which helped so review tomorrow. Nurse just done blood sugar well about hour ago ANOTHER hypo!!!

Just a thought. Presuming you're diabetic and asthmatic 😕 My dad was same and repeated sickness n hypos found to be due to a change of insulin, meant to work but didn't. Hosp staff had to be asked to stop changing insulin, all with best intentions. Sent him haywire every time. Good luck

Hi thanks for your comment am type 2 diabetic but since last admission in remission as have lost 4 stone.its very strange though as usually hypos are before bed and in night so we have routine in hospital now that will continue at home of glass of milk and a pack of the belvita yogurt biscuits before sleep. Have put a little weight back on cos of the high dose steroids. Hope to be out today just had anti sickness tab as was feeling sick,prevention better than cure. Keep you posted x
