Just wondering if there is a good journal/ management app that anyone can recommend? There seems to be lots but I'm not sure which to choose. I'm new to the condition and to the forum. Thanks

AsthmaMD is very good. If you have an iPhone (5+ probably) the Health App has a lot of tools you can use as well, free of charge. There's definitely Peak Flow, FEV-1 & FEV-6 recording tools. AsthmaMD has a simpler export tool, although it can be done with iPhone. It also has medication plans & reminders that the iPhone doesn't have.

If you have an Android phone, the Asthma Tracker free app is ok.  You get the odd advert but not too intrusive.

I also use Asthma MD; not completely perfect for me as my current written plan has 4 zones and this app only graphs 3 zones but I've tried a few and this was the easiest to get on with!
