Bad nite

Morning all bit of a rubbish night waking up quite a bit with restriction in my airwaves don't think I have an infection bit of wheezing mostly noisier in morning don't know if it's where I had my tracheas am still on 40 mgs of steroids and taking honey and lemon for lubrication for throat
