I'm like that today, walking the dog felt like I'd been running and I used ventolin first.

It can be inhalant allergy (e.g. dust? animals?) or chemicals (e.g. hairspray) that release histamine from mast cells.

I said to the hospital when I went for my hydrocortisone IV I told the doc and he said it was just my asthma
