Hi all hope u having a good day I had a busy weekend went to Poole yesterday and went to a gig and back home today feel washed out think I need lots rest now chest wasn't brilliant when away was huffing and puffing lots of ventolin went in and my fibro feeling it today but it was great night good day to u all

That's the perennial trade-off we all have!!! I was up in Glasgow last weekend. Lots of drinking, lots of walking, football match, gig, not much sleep then home next day. My chest toook a pounding & I was knackered all week but I would (and no doubt will!) do it again

Oh yes I would do it again and I will b another day we got to grab life by the hands while we still here and pay the consequences but all worth it

Hi thanks yea had great time met up with a old friend who hasn't been well only came out of hospital last week with asthma and I went to a gig an old X factor man Ben Mills I follow him he's great but regreating it now but worth the suffering il b ok rest tomorrow my poor old lungs they do go through some stuff and now the fibro kicking in as well so doing well but if that's all I have to moan about n life then that's sad worse people out there than me hope u had good weekend
